The trip to Israel has been an experience I will never forget. While seeing all of the sights and learning about history and Israel was valuable, easily my favorite part of the trip was the people. I’ve made best friends and it’s crazy to think I wouldn’t have met them if it wasn’t for this program. Since the second we had to say goodbye I’ve been excitedly awaiting the next time I get to see them. I now know that I will always have a home to go to when in Israel. I’m incredibly thankful for this experience and I wouldn’t be the same without it.

I can't say enough about how the travel programs opened my kids up. My son is going back to Haifa this summer to see his friends, and my younger son had a great time in New Orleans. Their father, who went as a chaperone, loved it and still talks about it, and I had a fantastic time volunteering for the MLK Day of Service. It's so great to see everyone come together and make connections. J-LOFT provides a really solid way to build community.
